Honestly, the most exciting aspect is the fantasy of being more self reliant! Of course, relying on the flavoring packets and co2 defeats this...Anyhow, cutting back on 1. driving to get the soda, 2. buying soda with excessive packaging, and 3. the cost of soda are all exciting, plus this just looks like fun! Diet tonic would be the flavor for me.
